AIM can provide basic maintenance punch out services to turn REO turn key services.  The services consist of, but not limited to:

·        Basic Appliance Repair & Diagnosis- Inspect and repair all appliances to ensure proper working condition for move-in.

·        Basic Electrical Repair- Inspect, repair, and replace all electrical fixtures, outlets and switches including fans, and smoke detectors insuring proper operation for move-in.

·        Basic Plumbing Repairs- Inspect and repair all plumbing fixtures in vacant unit’s kitchen and bathrooms to insure proper operation for move-in.

·        Locks & Keys- Re-keying deadbolts, entry knobs, and replace levers ensuring proper operation for move-in.

·        Final Punch Out- Re-caulking of Bathrooms, Kitchens, and windows
